I recieved Photoshop Elements 8 as a present for my birthday. I have been learning to use a few of the features on it, but I get the feeling this is going to be a very long process. I have always wanted to learn how to make the black and white pictures with some color features, and so I started looking up different tutorials. Here is my first project.
